Make an Impact by:

  • To grow the business through new acquisitions, win-back of competitor accounts, and expanding customer expenditure through upselling of services. Suite of services include mobility (B2B and B2C), IoT connectivity, voice (IDD), unified communications, communications platform, and mobility managed services. May be required to drive sales in other services and products that management may wish to focus.
  • To foster and establish good rapport with customer contacts at all levels for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • To work with internal stakeholders (Solutions Manager & Product Manager) to propose relevant and cost effective solutions to customers.
  • To understand and identify customers’ evolving communications needs through regular engagement.
  • To identify business opportunities and synergy with customers in possible areas of cooperation.
  • To provide one-stop shop experience to customers for mobility and communications related Singtel services.
  • To ensure support or tasks requested by Head of Sales/Team Lead is done timely and effectively.
  • To ensure customers’ pre-sales & post-sales enquiries and orders, commercial documents, dealings with customers are promptly attended to, documented and archived.
  • To work closely with account team to execute account plans, product GTM initiatives and sales strategies, and to build a long-term strategic relationship with customers.
  • To proactively monitor market changes, competition and provide feedback on noteworthy activities (e.g. technical developments, industry trends, new features, and services) to sales and product teams.     

 

Skills for Success:

  • A degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience in various industries with an excellent sales track record.
  • Relevant experience in telco/ ICT sales (including unified comms and CPaaS) would be an advantage.
  • Must be self-driven, energetic, resourceful and creative and possess good leadership.
  • Must be proactive and have a sense of ownership.
  • Able to project strong, positive image of self and company.
  • Able to build good customer relationship at all levels.
  • Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports.
  • Able to sell the full range of IT/Telecommunications solutions.
  • High Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
