This role is situated within the Enterprise Products’ (EP) Line of Business (LoB) for Cyber & Network Solutions & Services (NSS). The NSS team is focused on partnering with customers on areas of ICT (Network/Compute/Cloud/Security) and managed services with an objective to drive IT transformation and modernization thereby helping future-proof customer’s business while addressing problem statements of the modern ICT landscape today.

Reporting into the Sales Specialist leader, these personnel will primarily be responsible to promote and sell Singtel’s portfolio of NSS products, solutions & services and Cyber Security to capture new logos as well as to further expand current foothold for assigned sales accounts.

Specifically, this role will require a blend of services or tooling knowledge and sales acumen to help clients understand the value of managed services to their environment. He/she should have successful prior wins/experience on managed services and able to leverage their engagement experience for this role.

 

 

Make an Impact by

  • Ensure revenue and margin targets are met for all NSS and Cyber products, per product mix targets.
  • Consistently forecast, track and close committed numbers to meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, not limiting to product management, engineering, and support teams to communicate client feedback and keep up-to-date on product developments and enhancements.
  • Maintain and track progress of opportunities for cadence and reporting
  • Understand customer’s businesses and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization. Focus on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives through ICT solution and managed services sales
  • Conduct high impact sales presentations and prepare sales proposals.
  • Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organisation to include all C-level executives, negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement
  • Knowledge of IT vendor landscape and experience in managing external stakeholder.
  • Stay current on technology trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to better position the value of our solutions.

 

Skills for Success

  • Min Degree in IT or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales, business development or account management track record in Managed Services, System Integration, or IT Infrastructure Sales.
  • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits, with strong presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Managed Services and Service Management.
  • Familiarity of current Network, System/Cloud and Cyber Security Solutions
  • High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented.
  • Good Interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • To be an independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
