International Digital Services (IDS) is a strategic and pivotal unit, contributing to the Group’s transformation vision by providing leadership in new and breakthrough strategies and development of new and emerging business and operating models. As a business unit, it is focused on adjacent to Telco opportunities, continuously innovating to harness scale and synergies across the Group to deliver quality solutions to telcos and enterprises regionally and internationally. Make an Impact by
- Collaborate with the Sales team and backroom operations to ensure customer orders are processed accurately.
- Review and validate IT components, product descriptions, pricing structures, and contract terms to ensure all data is captured correctly for accurate billing and revenue recognition.
- Partner with Product, IT, and Operations teams to develop and optimize provisioning workflows for new product and service launches.
- Ensure systems and processes are in place to support timely deployment of new offerings.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Procurement, and Vendors to onboard new partners onto internal systems (VQS and Acubuy).
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships by tracking and processing monthly settlements and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.
- Initiate and manage payment requests for both Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) post-verification and certification by relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with financial controls and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reports on sales performance, financial transactions, and vendor settlements.
- Support internal audits and financial reviews with accurate and timely data.
- Support the department by identifying opportunities to improve existing sales and operational processes.
- Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency and digital transformation.
- Other ad-hoc duties, projects and responsibilities may fall under this role as and when needed.
Skills for Success
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a related role
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, vendor management, and financial operations.
- Proficiency in ERP and sales order management systems (e.g., VQS, Acubuy, SAP, Oracle).
- Proficiency in documentation and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Confluence)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Jira, SharePoint, or RPA tools
- Bonus if have knowledge of Singtel IT/billing systems (e.g. Acubuy, SAP, VQS)
