We are currently recruiting for Salesforce Administrator and Resource Planner. You will be supporting Deals Advisory with some key responsibilities as per below:

Salesforce Management

  • Manage and process opportunity creation requests, inputting data into Salesforce and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support risk assessments and ensure timely completion by project managers.

Resource Allocation

  • Analyze data for effective resource planning and allocation based on project demands.
  • Maintain records and support resource allocation.

Forecast and Capacity Planning

  • Monitor projects to ensure resource availability meets demands.

Leave Monitoring

  • Ensure compliance and manage staff leave balances.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide utilization updates to Engagement Leaders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and risk management beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve resource conflicts.
  • Effective communication and team player; able to work independently.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Accurate data entry and record management.
  • Diploma in HR Management or Business Administration preferred.
