Make an Impact by:

  • Point of contact for Presales and Operation.
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of cybersecurity products and features.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and security teams to understand requirements and deliver secure, reliable solutions.
  • Help maintain and improve existing cybersecurity products, including monitoring performance and fixing bugs.
  • Contribute to threat modelling, security assessments, and vulnerability mitigation in product design.
  • Support integration of security technologies (e.g., SSE, endpoint protection, Firewall, DDoS and WAF) into products.
  • Write and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques to improve product security and functionality.
  • Accountable, authorise and test the stability of the new release firmware.
  • Accountable for supporting and evaluating product feature evolution, including new feature development and enhancements.
  • Accountable for overseeing service performance post-launch and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Degree or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering and Information Systems.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and common threats.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++.
  • Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in cybersecurity product engineering.
  • Knowledge of security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, or endpoint protection.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, or DevOps practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, or similar.
  • Candidate must also be innovative, customer-focused and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
