Job Description & Summary
The Marketing and Communications department focuses on the firm’s go-to-market strategies around client issues in key targeted segments to drive revenue growth. We work across all lines of service and industries to act as the voice of the client through the use of insights and analytics. We support our internal clients in deepening relationships and building trust with new clients in the marketplace.
We are seeking a highly motivated marketer to bring your expertise into driving measurable business outcome through the:
Developing and driving integrated marketing strategy with a client-first mindset across different channels
Clear and articulate vision on how marketing can proactively optimize conversion down the sales and marketing funnel
The role sits within the Clients and Markets team and reports to the Marketing Lead.
How will you value-add?

Work closely with the business and markets leadership team to plan, develop, deliver and optimise strategic marketing campaigns that are aligned and support the business strategy

Streamline different competencies and messaging into key campaigns

Responsible to drive and deliver a seamless omni-channel experience through integration of all marketing channels including digital, social and traditional

Drive regular management and reporting against performance of all marketing campaigns to identify opportunities and improvement areas

Collaborate with internal teams to continually evaluate and experiment with new and creative ideas to optimise client conversion

Build strong partnerships and communication with key internal stakeholders
About you
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or general business or economics / liberal arts
-
Minimum 4-6 years marketing / campaign planning experience, preferably in professional services or B2B environment

Strong grasp of the omni-channel campaign lifecycle, from conceptualisation to execution
-
Highly interested in business

Must be able to lead strategic conversations with diverse teams of people

Outcome-driven with exceptional project management and communications skills are essential

Critical thinker, highly creative with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Strong team player and collaboration skills to work across multiple stakeholders to deliver the best results

Agile to adapt fluctuating work volumes and able to work under pressure.

Fluent in business English (written and spoken). PR or editorial experience will be an advantage.
