Make an Impact by
1. Order Processing
- Coordinate with Sales to ensure contracts and order forms are complete and compliant
- Monitor fulfilment workflows; liaise with order fulfilment and delivery team to resolve discrepancies
2. Incentive & Commission Management
- Administer partner incentive programs according to defined guidelines
- Track fund allocations, approvals, and payouts; ensure timely disbursement and reconciliation
- Analyze program utilization and recommend optimizations to improve ROI and partner engagement
1. Reporting & Analytics
- Produce weekly/monthly channel sales dashboards: revenue by partner, pipeline health, registration conversion
- Maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports for leadership: incentive forecasts, partner scorecards, churn analysis
- Identify process bottlenecks or data quality issues; propose and implement corrective actions
2. System Administration & Process Improvement
- Act as first-line support for PRM/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerPortal): user setup, permissions, data hygiene
- Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for channel operations workflows
- Lead small projects to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., rebate calculations, report generation)
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing to ensure partner access to promotions, leads, and co-branding assets
- Support Partner Enablement team with onboarding metrics, training completions, and certification records
- Liaise with Channel Sales Managers to facilitate smooth handoffs and address partner-reported issue
Skills for Success
- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of sales operations, channel operations, or related experience, ideally in telecom/technology
- Strong proficiency in CRM/PRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Power BI
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
