DESCRIPTION
The Amazon APAC (Australia and Singapore) cross-channel, cross-category marketing (XCM) team is looking for a creative, driven and highly organized Senior Creative Program Manager. This role is suited to an experienced client-side brand marketing manager or creative agency project or account leader (or similar), who can work alongside marketers and agencies to deliver high impact cross-channel mass and social creative.
This role will manage the execution of multi-channel mass advertising campaigns, while also supporting the development and execution of wider marketing social creative. Throughout the creative development process, the Senior Creative Program Manager ensures overall alignment to regional and global messaging and creative direction, manages ongoing logistics, and proactively planning for option value. This role works in collaboration with multiple teams (marketing, PR, legal, business etc.) and agencies, and remains in lock step with internal and external creatives to deliver bar raising creative outcomes.
The Senior Creative Program Manager will oversee an end-to-end social creative development that services both campaign-specific and always-on content needs. This includes working closely with Brand, Performance Marketing and Creator teams, and creative partners to ensure efficient delivery of social assets, while maintaining creative excellence and platform optimization.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership and bias for action, high creative judgement, strong strategic thinking and problem solving, exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, and maintain clear and concise communication across all levels. This role is solutions focused, able to identify escalation paths at critical milestones, and anticipate and mange potential blockers.
Key job responsibilities
Mass Advertising Campaign Management:
• Work with creative and media agencies to independently manage the development and execution of bar raising mass advertising campaigns and programs
• Develop and manage a work back schedule, ensuring to identify and mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery of planned work
• Manage creative asset development and delivery across multiple channels
Social Creative Leadership:
• Develop and implement scalable social creative frameworks that support both cross-marketing needs, while maintaining consistent quality and brand standards
• Partner with marketing teams, agencies and publishers to understand business objectives and translate them into platform-appropriate and creatively breakthrough strategies
Content Development & Production:
• Establish and maintain efficient creative workflows to support multiple stakeholder needs, from major campaigns to always-on content requirements
• Manage the prioritization and resource allocation for social creative requests across marketing teams
• Help scale the use of templates, guidelines, AI and automation that enables high quality creative and production volume output
Process & Stakeholder Management:
• Design and implement standardized processes and SLAs for creative requests, reviews, and approvals across multiple stakeholder groups
• Build strong partnerships with local and global teams, broader local marketing teams, and key stakeholders like legal and PR to ensure aligned objectives and efficient delivery
Program Management & Optimization:
• Manage campaign and creative production budgets and forecasting, actively looking for opportunities to drive cost efficiency
• Collaborate with various marketing teams, agencies and publishers to establish unified success metrics for creative and how these are adopted to continually optimise for impact
• Implement testing frameworks that can be applied across different business needs and content types
• Create feedback loops to share learnings and optimize creative approaches across teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of industry work experience
– Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
– Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
– Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media
– Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
– Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
