Make an Impact by:
- Mentor and lead the account & ISAM team. Guide and ensure smooth daily operation in key accounts.
- To manage an increased portfolio of BR.
- To drive new product service portfolio including FTTX, Quantum, Mobile API to increase Singtel wallet share in key accounts.
- To drive 5G engagement and adoption for key segments including aviation, manufacturing, logistics and others.
- Foster and build good customer relationship at all levels for revenue growth and customer retention.
- Identify reciprocal businesses and areas of co-operation whenever there are opportunities.
- Grow and expand new logos in international data.
Skills for Success:
- Degree in Business/IT.
- 10+ years experiences in Customer Engagement, Segment, Leadership and Sales.
- Experience in Voice & Data Network, IP Networking, Mobile & VC, Internet & Security, Wireless/Mobile.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint.
- Good presentation skills, sales skills and analytical skills.
- Possess strong leadership and people management.
