Make an Impact by:

  • Responsible for operation of Singtel Fiber Testing and Fiber Rectification work for various customers.
  • Able to perform fiber testing with handheld equipment OTDR, Power Meter and Light Source, CD/PMD and other fiber tools.
  • Able to work in various environments such as Data Centers, commercials and HDB MDF Room and Rooftop.
  • Progressively update direct supervisor on daily work assignment and update relevant documentation.
  • Required to be activated after office hours when necessary to rectify faults related to consumer services (Dark Fiber, GPON and other products).

 

Skills for Success:

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications or in relevant field.

  • 2 years of working experience.

  • Possess Class 3 driving license.

  • Able to work during non-office hours on an occasional basis and be on 24 x 7 hours standby alert for ad-hoc faults.

  • Good working knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills, keen to learn and a team player.
