The Senior Manager, Business Development shall report to the Senior Director with the key responsibilities to develop and drive business growth of Nxera Data Centre in Singapore and ASEAN.
Make an Impact by
- To work with various units such as Data Centre Product Manager, Submarine Cable development team and Domestic Data Product manager etc to synergize for solutions with value differentiation .
- To string together Data Centre services core suite of domestic and international services to our customers.
- To identify emerging potential customers in addition to the current prominent logos for continued growth.
- To identify and break through into the new market of Johor, Batam, Thailand etc.
- To have an intimate understanding of the fast changing market landscape and the new technologies in Data Centre industry
Skills for Success
- Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering related disciplines
- 5-8 years of business development and sales experience in Data Centre industry with exposure in the Carrier industry will be a plus.
- Experience with China hyperscalers/OTT segment with relevant knowledge and people connections a strong plus .
- Proven experience in managing new partnerships and expanding into new regions will be preferred.
- Reasonable understanding of Data Centre related knowledge viz, Solar energy, Mechanical and Electrical engineering field.
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power-point presentation.
- A self-starter, resourceful with connections with industry players.
- Strong written communication ability, able to articulate analysis and ideas by written communication in addition to verbal. Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports
- A team player, able to build good partner relationship at all levels .
- Good understanding of Global Telecommunication and Data Centre is an added advantage.
