Join us as a Senior Manager, Business Partners and Enablement (Networks), where you will drive AI collaboration between Networks and AIDA to deliver measurable business impact and accelerate Singtel’s journey towards Autonomous Networks.
Make an Impact by:
- Leading AI-driven reimagination of Networks operational processes across domains such as mobile, broadband and TV
- Identifying automation and optimization opportunities across operations, assurance and service management workflows
- Managing end-to-end AI use cases from problem definition and current-state analysis through to deployment and operational handover
- Translating operational challenges into structured AI and automation requirements in collaboration with engineering and platform teams
- Driving cross-functional collaboration across Networks operations, planning, deployment and optimization teams
- Implementing structured tracking of financial and operational benefits, including cost savings and productivity gains
- Monitoring adoption, usage and operational KPIs to ensure sustained value realization
- Ensuring solutions align with Networks–AIDA architecture standards, data governance and AI compliance policies
- Evaluating build-versus-buy options and assessing vendors for AI and automation solutions
- Supporting the roadmap towards Autonomous Network Level 4 through increased closed-loop automation
Skills for Success:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- 5–10 years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, technology or digital transformation roles
- Proven track record delivering AI, automation or analytics initiatives in operational environments
- Experience managing cross-functional projects across business, engineering and vendor teams
- Familiarity with telecom domains such as mobile, broadband, TV, OSS/BSS or service operations
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of telecom network operations (e.g. assurance, provisioning, field operations, optimization)
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning or advanced analytics applications in operations
- Knowledge of automation frameworks, workflow orchestration and closed-loop automation concepts
- Understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms and system integration
- Experience in evaluating build-versus-buy decisions and working with vendors
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for operational leaders
- Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-driven with strong execution discipline
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and align diverse stakeholders
