JOB SUMMARY
- Work in a fast-paced environment and actively partner with the other members of the Client Insights team to generate actionable insights that help shape product and business decisions
- Write research briefs and questionnaires for quantitative survey research
- Implement, launch and monitor field work for surveys on digital banking channels
- Be prepared to “roll up the sleeves” and run charting and analysis from raw survey data, including verbatim analysis
- Be a passionate advocate for and learner of well-designed research programs and the latest survey and questionnaire techniques
- Work collaboratively with UX designers and product team members to support user research using appropriate quantitative & qualitative techniques
- Triangulate research with inputs other available data sources including internal data, external market research and secondary data
- Competently work with statistical tools and models for analysis such as correlations, causation, driver analysis
- Communicate the client insights in compelling ways through data analysis, written reports, data visualisations and presentations to stakeholders (virtual and in-person)
- Demonstrate proactive problem solving skills and the ability to quickly develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative evidence
- Be the client’s voice and champion within the organisation and build customer centricity in all our product building initiatives
- Evangelise the role of research in product development and human centred design to support the digital transformation agenda
- Work with external research partners and internal governance teams to ensure timely management of IT compliance, risk management and other governance requirements
- Support the operational elements of the insights team including the management of the book of work and managing internal regulation requirements
- Deliver quality work with a proactive bias for action

- Actively develop an awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment within which the Group operates

- Support the standardised Research and Insights operating rhythm including research planning & prioritization, performance tracking and stakeholder engagement model
Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and support the control risks related to the Bank’s use of external agencies and advise on risk mitigation approaches.
Governance
- Understand the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 8 + years’ of experience in supporting the design and execution of quantitative research studies including analysis and final report presentation to stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft & Excel Skills
- Solid presentations skills
- Knowledge of Qualtrics including survey build, dashboarding, TextIQ and reporting and advantage
- Experience in qualitative research an advantage
