We’re seeking a strategic and passionate Senior Manager, Content to lead the sports and ethnic content strategy across our Pay TV and OTT platforms. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape our content portfolio — from acquisition and partnerships to operations and marketing — to drive customer engagement, brand loyalty, and commercial success. Make an Impact by
- Lead content acquisition, renewal negotiations, and partnership development for sports and ethnic content across linear and digital platforms.
- Identify high-value content opportunities and manage relationships with key content providers and licensors.
- Strategically manage the content portfolio to optimize costs while maximizing viewer appeal and performance.
- Stay ahead of market and industry trends in sports and ethnic content to inform decision-making and maintain competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Marcom teams to develop and execute promotions that increase viewership and customer engagement.
- Oversee end-to-end operations for in-house sports channels, including scheduling, planning, and content delivery.
Skills for Success
- Min degree in Media, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Min 8–10 years of relevant experience in content strategy, acquisition, or programming — ideally within a media, telco, or entertainment company
- Deep understanding of the business, licensing, and operational aspects of the content industry, especially in sports and ethnic genres.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex content deals and partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking skills — able to assess performance, spot trends, and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Solid operational knowledge of broadcast TV and OTT platforms, including content workflows and scheduling.
- Knowledge of the pay TV and OTT video streaming landscape, including key players and market dyamics.
