We are seeking an Executive Talent Researcher to partner closely with our executive leaders in identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional talent for pivotal roles across Technology, Corporate, and Commercial teams.

 

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced talent researcher to make a significant impact by driving the discovery and attraction of top-tier leadership candidates and contributing to NCS’ strategic growth, with the following scopes:

 

Market & Candidate Research

  • Ability to do in-depth research to map companies, industries, and talent pools.
  • Use a variety of tools, professional networks, and conferences with creativity to source candidates, particularly the up-and-coming/next-level leaders who are not always easy to uncover.
  • Effectively take a brief from key stakeholders with confidence to qualify and clarify exact role requirements.

Engagement & Assessment

  • Credibility and gravitas to do direct outreach at the Executive/C-suite level and screen candidates for specific leadership roles.
  • Ability to establish rapport and engage from the outset to assess cultural fit as well as skills.
  • Effective candidate management, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and top-notch written and verbal communication.

Strategic Sourcing with Database Management

  • Proactively source and engage leadership talent for high-impact roles across multiple departments.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of talent through sustained relationship management.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidates to create a repository of talent that can serve as an evolving reference pool for NCS.
  • Conduct thorough market mapping to analyze talent availability and competitive landscapes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner closely with hiring teams and executive recruiters to deeply understand hiring objectives and create bespoke sourcing strategies for each role.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, ensuring accountability and consistent updates throughout the recruitment process.

Data-Driven Talent Insights

  • Leverage recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to refine sourcing approaches and enhance effectiveness.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize sourcing strategies using key analytics.

 

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing or research roles, specializing in senior and executive-level candidates (Partners or C-suite) within fast-growing, high-performance environments.
  • Extensive experience in sourcing leadership talent for technical, strategic, and commercial roles.
  • Ideally have a background or some experience in research to stay up to date on key players, competitors, market shifts, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with innovative talent sourcing tools, professional networks, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to quickly gain expertise in new domains and effectively align with hiring teams.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills, enabling seamless partnership with executive recruiters and stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, excelling in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of global and local hiring trends, particularly in technology and fintech sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and credibility.
  • Proficiency in using data to analyze sourcing metrics and continually optimize strategies.
  • IHRP certified.
