Make an Impact by:

(1) Green Building & Certification

– Lead certification efforts for BCA Green Mark, LEED, and WELL across new developments and existing assets.
– Ensure compliance with local and international sustainability standards.
– Collaborate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams to achieve certification goals.

(2) Sustainable Workplace Strategy

– Develop and implement workplace sustainability frameworks that promote health, wellness, and environmental performance.
– Integrate WELL principles into workplace design, operations, and employee engagement.

(3) Green Building Technology & Innovation

– Identify, evaluate, and deploy emerging green building technologies (e.g., smart energy systems, low-carbon materials).
– Pilot innovative solutions to enhance building performance and occupant experience.

(4) Energy Transition Strategy

– Lead the strategic shift from brown to green energy sources, including electrification, renewable energy adoption, and carbon reduction roadmaps.
– Develop and implement decarbonization strategies aligned with corporate sustainability goals.

-Oversee the implementation of onsite renewable energy projects

(5) Energy Procurement & Hedging

– Manage energy procurement processes, including sourcing green energy and negotiating supply contracts.
– Develop and execute energy hedging strategies to mitigate cost volatility and ensure budget stability.
– Monitor energy market trends and regulatory developments to inform procurement decisions.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Management, or related field.

  • Professional certifications in Green Mark, LEED AP, WELL AP are highly desirable.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in green building design, certification, workplace sustainability, or energy strategy.

  • Proven experience in energy procurement and hedging in a corporate or real estate context.

  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape and global sustainability trends.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
