Make an Impact by:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 5G services (e.g., 5G Standalone, AI Edge Box, network slicing, API-based services).
  • Conduct market research to assess customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies.

 

Product Development

  • Work with engineering, network teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept, design, trial, pilot, to launch.
  • Ensure 5G solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

 

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create GTM plans, sales kits, solution decks, demo scripts, and customer value stories.
  • Managing overall cost structure and pricing for the products listed in the 5G partner ecosystem.
  • Enable sales teams through training, workshops, and technical briefings.
  • Support key customer engagements, PoCs, tenders, and partnership discussions.

 

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the entire product management lifecycle and include deep interaction with customers, internal sales, and Singtel product engineering teams.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, customer experience, and financial KPIs.
  • Continuously optimize product features, pricing, and customer journeys.
  • Ensure billing, provisioning and fulfilment of 5G partner products.
  • Responsible to define and setup product lifecycle management processes (including internal day 0, day 1, day 2 processes).

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with Network Planning on 5G coverage, capacity, and capabilities.
  • Work with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations for policies, contracts, SLAs, costing, and vendor onboarding.
  • Engage with ecosystem partners (cloud, IoT, device, application providers) to co-create 5G solutions.
  • Gather requirements from customers, sales and support and driving ongoing prioritization of product investments.

 

 

Skills for Success:

  • Candidate should hold a degree in relevant areas such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics.
  • 5 or more years of experience in product management in enterprise mobile products or cloud products.
  • Experience in cloud technologies (especially in IaaS and PaaS technology stack).
  • Basic understanding of mobile technologies is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating service offering for cloud service providers will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in finance, business cases, P&L, and forecasting.
