Description
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic leader to join our APAC Global Store team as a Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will drive business growth initiatives and explore new opportunities across APAC Global Store operations while working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key job responsibilities
– Lead strategic initiatives to identify and capitalize on unique market opportunities across APAC Global Store markets
– Partner with key stakeholders across source countries to develop and execute comprehensive business plans, including deals sourcing, vendor funding, and inventory optimization
– Drive cross-functional collaboration to prioritize business requirements and scale operations effectively
– Define and implement marketing initiatives to enhance Global Store customer engagement and market presence
– Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholder teams and external partners

Basic Qualifications
– Experience working with technical teams to design and develop concepts in customer-facing products with deep customer obsession
– Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs
– Competency with internet and mobile technologies with a high degree of curiosity to learn new knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
– MBA
– Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
– Experience with SQL a plus
– Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
– High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
