As a Senior Executive (Presales Support), you will be reporting to the Sales Support Manager under the Presales Support Team. Your primary role is to provide comprehensive presales support to the sales teams, ensuring timely and high-quality tender and proposal submissions that meet client requirements and tender specifications.

 

What will you do?

Tender Coordination & Documentation

  • Liaise with Sales Managers on the Tender/RFP/RFQ submission request.

  • Work on tender specifications through system notification requests sent in by Sales Managers for both softcopy and hardcopy tender documents.

  • Provide support to Sales Managers in distributing hardcopy tender documents based on the control list (where applicable) and consolidating tender clarification list etc.

  • Liaise with Sales Manager for the tender proposal outline if this is not stated in the tender document.

  • Prepare tender templates in accordance to the tender proposal outline.

  • Provide SLA to manage the return of tender proposals for the required formatting.

  • Track and follow up with Sales Manager/proposal team for the return of the proposal write-up.

  • Assist in formatting/compiling the tender proposal for submission.

  • Ensure compliance with the required mode of proposal submission (e.g. hardcopy printout, cutting into CDs etc).

 

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • To coordinate/work with different business support units to obtain the necessary info required for tender submission.

  • Assist in preparing NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for the authorized signatory and coordinate with CSU General Admin team for the collection of tender documents via courier services where necessary.

 

Administrative & Compliance Support

  • File the final tender proposal submission (both hardcopy and softcopy) according to the specified requirement as shared with the presales support team.

  • Provide any required administrative support to ensure the tender proposals are submitted within the tender timeline.

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience in the ICT or equivalent industry, or a Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality presales support within tight timelines.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tenders concurrently.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with Sales and GSS teams.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented, able to identify areas for improvement and drive best practices in presales support.

  • Resilient and adaptable to new challenges, with the ability to perform well under pressure.

  • Vibrant, energetic, and committed to achieving results with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Familiarity with ICT sales and tendering processes is an advantage.

  • Able to comply with company tendering governance and act as backup support when required.
