Description

 

Looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our multiyear Client Lifecycle Management transformation program, unlocking revenue opportunities and supporting our top line growth ambition for Bank of Singapore. This program will comprise of building capabilities for the entire Client Lifecycle Management journey from Onboarding, Maintenance to off boarding meeting the needs of BOS employees and end-clients.

Demonstrated Track record in working on large projects and systems within the wealth domain.  Possess a strong knowledge of systems utilized for client onboarding and servicing high net worth individuals.

The job entails overseeing and managing a complex project. This involves collaborating with senior leaders and other stakeholders across BOS and OCBC. The individual will work closely with the product owner to establish the product roadmap and act as a liaison between the product, technology, business, and governance teams. This person will run big agile development teams, monitor progress, and address any obstacles to ensure successful project completion. 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Demonstrated a successful track record of delivering multiple complex projects. Experience of delivering Wealth Management product and services including client on-boarding, customer experience.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience working with senior leadership in a large organization. Able to influence decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Have a clear vision and understanding of the project goals and deliverables, while also considering the bigger picture. Develop a detailed project management plan and effectively track items on the critical path.
  • Experience driving project meetings including Project Steering Committee. Stakeholder management including senior leadership, clearly highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Schedule and monitor inter-team dependencies within the project’s Scrum of Scrum. Establish a robust project governance framework using agile and SDLC methodologies to ensure smooth project execution with the required quality standards.
  • Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues, risks, dependencies, and impediments that may impact the successful delivery of the project.
  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings. Mentor product owners in creating and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring they are ready for the upcoming sprints
  • Possess expertise in estimation and planning, with the ability to create reliable and practical plans for software development projects. Serve as a knowledgeable coach in agile practices and mentor individuals on processes and tools, ensuring the team adheres to agile values and scrum practices.
  • Motivate and guide the team towards self-organization, continuous improvement, and cross-functionality. Act as a safeguard and shield the team from external distractions and interferences
