We are hiring Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack to lead platform engineering initiatives, guide a team of engineers, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions in a cloud-native environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting their technical and professional development.
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Build and manage microservices and event-driven systems.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
- Own and enhance platform services including identity and access management, SSO, tenant management, logging, monitoring, and system resiliency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
- Support CI/CD processes, containerisation, and cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Experience in software development with full stack exposure (typically 8+ years or equivalent expertise).
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience building microservices-based platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring / Spring Boot.
- Experience with REST API design, security, and lifecycle management.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions and SSO integrations.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging systems.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Demonstrates accountability and ability to drive outcomes while balancing hands-on and leadership responsibilities.
