This role is responsible for ensuring the uptime of Enterprise Infrastructure and Systems. Outcomes include Infra Incident Management, Change Management and uplifting and maintaining security posture of the network.
This role also involves cross-functional collaboration and team leadership to foster a business friendly, resilient and secure enterprise environment.
- Act as MPLS and SD-WAN SME for Singtel Enterprise’s Global Infrastructure
- Provide technical leadership for Incident and crisis management of MPLS and SD-WAN Networks
- Review and provide final approval for all proposed changes for Infra managed by EIS
- Troubleshoot and resolve infra incident related to MPLS and SD-WAN Core network and perform root cause analysis and create Service Improvement plans
- Help to manage Cyber Security Incidents, communicate with stake holders, prepare incident reports for internal and external customers including
- Prepare and review reports and analysis concerning Singtel’s MPLS and SD-Wan Infrastructure
- Ensure that department level KPIS and targets are met for various Infra through collaboration within internal and external stake holders
- Drive various audit outcomes like ISO 20K, ISO 27K, BCMS and SOC2
Skills for Success:
- 5- 6 Years of experience in Telecommunication and Network management
- Certified in CCNP / JNCIP or similar certifications, Security+ or CEH Certification, ITIL
- Security Audits skills
- Skills to design and execute automation workflows
