Wealth Product Management

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to join our Wealth Management division as a Senior Wealth Advisory Strategist. This role is pivotal in driving client engagement, deepening advisory capabilities, and supporting the delivery of tailored wealth solutions. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience in financial planning and global markets, with strong capabilities in primary researchsales pitching, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Markets Research & Advisory Insights

  • Conduct primary research on macroeconomic trends, asset allocation strategies, and investment themes.
  • Develop proprietary insights and thought leadership content to support client advisory and portfolio discussions.
  • Collaborate with investment strategists and product teams to ensure alignment with house views and market positioning.

2. Wealth Product Strategy & Sales Enablement

  • Support relationship managers and advisors in pitching a broad suite of wealth solutions, including unit trusts, structured products, insurance, and discretionary portfolios.
  • Create compelling product narratives and advisory materials tailored to client segments (mass affluent, HNW, UHNW).

3. Strategic Content Development

  • Produce high-quality client-facing content such as market commentaries, investment outlooks, and financial planning guides.
  • Ensure content is compliant, engaging, and aligned with the bank’s brand and advisory framework.
  • Leverage digital channels to enhance content reach and client engagement.

4. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives such as advisory campaigns, product launches, and client engagement programs.
  • Coordinate across departments including Marketing, Compliance, Product, and Digital to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Track project milestones and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment strategy within a bank or financial institution.
  • Strong background in financial markets research and strategic content creation.
  • Proven ability to pitch and position wealth products effectively to diverse client segments.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA, CFP, or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with MAS regulations and local market dynamics.
