Overview
A career in the Markets team, within Firmwide Corporate Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm.
You’ll focus on growing our financial services practice. You will listen intently to our clients and their needs and use this knowledge to shape how our industry practice should evolve to be even more relevant to our clients and future clients.
Reporting into the FS Industry Leader, you will be working with and interacting with leaders, practice leaders and engagement teams across the various Lines of Services/Business Units (“LOS/BUs”) (e.g. assurance, tax, risk services, consulting and deals etc) to activate industry priorities and initiatives in Singapore.
You are able to execute strategic planning, use MIS to understand historical performance and future trends and formulate value added recommendations to grow the business. You are familiar with professional services products, priority account/client programs and ideally have account management, business development and marketing support experience. Project management, mobilising teams and ROI-based driving of outcomes come naturally to you.
You will help drive leadership team meetings, oversee priority accounts, go to market positioning and lead a marketer to deliver on client/brand programs. You will also work with the support teams of LOS/BUs to drive alignment.
How will you value-add?

Formulate strong points of view to support developing the strategic and business plan for the industry annually, including strategic priorities, action plans and budget.

Work with other functional areas to deliver infrastructure (such as Financial Performance Analysis, industry and client’s analysis, market share and competitor SWOT analysis and Thought Leadership)

Explore the use of data and digital to better understand and market/service clients

Develop and drive account programs

Meet clients (as part of account activation, client feedback etc) to provide an outside in view

Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and have the ability to articulate challenges and work with stakeholders to develop relationship effectiveness, establishing and developing long-term client relationships, effectively representing client needs to ensure appropriate solutions are brought to the client

Work with the Asia Pacific FS Partners and Markets team to develop and execute marketing initiatives (thought leadership, blogs, campaigns etc)

Drive demand generation and growth for the industry through the targeted action plan (consider pipeline, client feedback, knowledge capture, Salesforce utilisation)

Be the primary link to the relevant Global industry driver

Be an active participant in the Asia Pacific Industry driver community
About you:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Engineering, Business, Finance or Marketing

Qualified professional or MBA degree preferred
-
Experience on business reporting, analysis, planning, marketing and project management
-
Experience in working with multi-competency teams and across different departments
-
Experience in working with senior leaders preferred

Strong influencing and communications skills.

Excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Experience of account management and relationship Management in a large corporate environment

Expertise in salesforce sales cloud and marketing cloud preferred

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
