Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with expertise in EUCD migration to lead and oversee end-user device migrations as part of Day 1 project implementations. The candidate should be capable of effectively managing the team, establishing robust governance frameworks, and ensuring project goals and timelines are met successfully. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with and present to clients. This position is open exclusively to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful, high-profile projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact within the migration team
- Oversee end-to-end migration process from planning to execution
- Ensure minimal disruption to end-users and adherence to timelines
- Develop and maintain detailed migration schedules and resource allocation
- Manage engineer assignments and training plans
- Track and monitor migration activities against success criteria
- Collaborate with technical teams on migration tools and methodologies
- Coordinate with IT and infrastructure teams on dependencies and risks
- Liaise with agencies to establish migration arrangements
- Address specific requirements and resolve stakeholder queries
- Serve as primary escalation point for migration issues
- Manage feedback from users and stakeholders for improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings on progress and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors or partners
- Prepare and update meeting slides and migration status reports
- Maintain action item trackers for internal and external reviews
- Document migration processes and procedures clearly
- Present migration updates and insights to customers and stakeholders
- Maintain centralized repository of migration documentation
- Provide post-migration reports on successes and challenges
- Identify areas for improvement within migration processes
- Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on best practices and industry standards
- Conduct post-migration reviews to identify gaps
- Promote continuous learning within the team
- Contribute to developing standardized templates and guidelines
- Conduct training sessions for engineers and team members
- Mentor junior team members to promote skill development
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
The ideal candidate should possess:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in Day 1 project implementation
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination within migration or IT projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Open to Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only

Professional and/or Technical Certifications
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) – Preferred.
