Why join?

We’re looking for an experienced and creative marketer who knows how to turn moments into powerful stories. If you’re passionate about capturing real experiences and transforming them into compelling content across social and digital platforms, this role is for you. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand affinity and elevate our engagements through impactful storytelling, timely content, and innovative formats.

How you succeed

You’ll succeed by understanding our target audience – businesses of all sizes. Build a content strategy that resonates with their needs and challenges. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling stories. Analyse performance data to refine your approach and maximize impact. Staying ahead of social media trends is key to deliver innovative solutions.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and execution of content marketing strategies across owned and paid channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.

  • Create and oversee high-impact content — from ideation to production, distribution, and performance optimisation — across formats such as articles, videos, infographics, and social media.

  • Drive social media strategy and execution, leveraging platforms to build community, amplify campaigns, and engage target audiences in meaningful ways.

  • Design and deliver wow-worthy experiences — from immersive digital activations to high-impact physical and virtual events. You’ll own the process end-to-end: concept, planning, execution, and post-event analysis.

  • Manage and grow third-party content partnerships, influencers, and media collaborations to extend reach, relevance, and brand impact.

  • Oversee sponsorship activations, ensuring every partnership aligns with brand values and delivers measurable outcomes.

  • Lead customer engagement initiatives, including the planning and execution of signature events and experiences that bring our brand to life.

  • Drive award submissions and amplification, particularly in the SME banking space, to strengthen brand credibility and visibility.

  • Use data and insights to inform content and campaign decisions, track performance, and continuously improve effectiveness.

  • Champion a digital-first mindset, always seeking new ways to connect content, channels, and customer journeys for maximum engagement.

  • Bring creative energy and hands-on skills — from video production and editing to visual storytelling and design direction.

Who you will work with
Global Wholesale Banking (GWB) serves the entire spectrum of customer segments, from large corporations to government entities, and half of all SMEs in Singapore. To help them achieve their potential, we offer simple, convenient, innovative solutions that take care of everything, from cash management to trade finance.

What you bring:

  • 5–7 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and digital storytelling.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into content and experiences that resonate.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills — you can make the complex simple and the simple unforgettable. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience in video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

  • Proven expertise in social media strategy, platform algorithms, and performance analytics.

  • Strong project management skills — you thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple priorities.

  • Experience in event management and experience design, from strategic planning to seamless on-ground execution.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.

  • Creative skillsets — including photography, visual storytelling, and a good design sensibility. Ability to work with creative tools or guide creative direction is highly valued.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the maturity to work independently and collaboratively across teams and with external partners.

  • A doer’s mindset — you’re full of ideas and have the drive to see them through, not just talk about them.

What we offer:

Competitive base salary. A suite of holistic, flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle. Community initiatives. Industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities. Your wellbeing, growth and aspirations are every bit as cared for as the needs of our customers.
