We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer/Digital Products specialist with expertise in Java, Mobile, and System Inspection Methods to translate business use cases into design, development, and integration of enterprise-level software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills, system inspection experience, hands-on experience with web, mobile, and SOAP/REST services, APIs, and middleware technologies, as well as a deep understanding of integration platforms such as API Gateway, AWS, and Azure.
A strong background in the Telco and Enterprise Digital environment is a significant plus
Make an Impact By:
- Working with business teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java/web-based applications.
- Developing, configuring, and optimizing system and API inspection flows (from design and development to operation).
- Providing BAU (Business As Usual) support for applications, including incident re-simulation, resolution, bug fixes, and performance tuning in production environments.
- Building and consuming REST/SOAP web services and APIs for seamless system integrations.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensuring code quality, performance, and security through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging systems (JMS, Kafka).
- Documenting technical designs, processes, and deployment procedures.
- Staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and integration patterns.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
- 3+ years of experience with system analysis and inspection. Related certifications are a plus.
- Experience with API Gateway, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and messaging protocol development and consumption.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
