Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated digital engagement & communications specialist for Talent Management & Careers Experience, who will be responsible for building a consistent stakeholder communications and engagement approach to enable colleagues to build skills, enhance their employability and unlock their potential. This role requires a proactive, creative thinker who excels in navigating complexity, driving change and delivering impactful colleague experiences. The role holder will report to the Head Skills & Career Experience, the position thrives within a vibrant team environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement compelling communication and engagement strategies (including storytelling, visuals, channels, and campaigns) to promote the Bank’s career offerings to all colleagues and stakeholders and inspire action.
- Adopt a problem-solving and user-centric approach to proactively identify and address challenges/ opportunities through creative and data driven solutions; leveraging design thinking principles to curate experiences that resonate with our colleagues in a timely manner as they craft their skills-first career pathways
- Build an understanding of the unique needs and priorities of the various business functions to align our strategies, delivery plans and key messages accordingly
- Drive measurable improvements in colleague sentiments and engagement with our career offerings. Regularly review user feedback and data insights to iterate and continuously improve campaigns and initiatives
- Work closely with the TM&CE leadership team and squad leads to shape strategic messages that effectively represent the Bank’s Talent Management & Career Experience strategy, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.
- Partner with other internal teams e.g., broader C&C, other HR COEs, Corporate Affairs Brand and Marketing (CABM), Global C&E to align efforts and drive a unified messaging to deliver a seamless and cohesive colleague experience. Provide strategic analysis of how we engage across key stakeholder groups to optimise the robustness of communication efforts and better deliver the strategy.
- Stay ahead of trends in internal communications and engagement, introducing innovative methods to inspire and connect with colleagues
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our key communication channels, collaterals, and platforms, including knowledge articles on myHR, Careers pulse and diSCover related to Talent Management & Career Experience, ensuring seamless information cascade and ready reference for all colleagues
- Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage of our Talent Management & Career Experience Solutions, including Careers Hub, Talent Marketplace, Talent Brochure etc.

Skills and Experience
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, digital content role
- Understanding of HR domain
- Work experience in HR is desirable (not a must have)
