Description
Amazon Fuse team is looking for an exceptionally driven and talented Senior Partner Growth Manager to drive growth for Amazon’s subscription services (Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music, Kindle Unlimited, and more) through 3P across Southeast Asia and AU/NZ.
This is a strategic, partner-facing, and data-driven marketing leadership role focused on accelerating customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through partner-led initiatives. The role involves owning and scaling marketing relationships with key regional partners, delivering measurable performance growth through integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, data-led insights, and scalable marketing programs.
You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Central Marketing and Partner Growth, Product, Lifecycle Management, and Finance teams to develop and execute impactful strategies that strengthen partner engagement and expand Amazon’s customer base. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, high-energy marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, can translate complex data into actionable insights, and has a proven record of delivering results through strategic partnerships and growth marketing.

Key job responsibilities
The Senior Partner Growth Manager acts as the marketing lead for a portfolio of Fuse partners who resell Amazon services such as Prime and Prime Video. You will identify and execute growth initiatives to increase offer adoption, engagement, and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
 • Partner Strategy & Execution: Own marketing relationships with strategic Fuse partners; lead the design and execution of short/medium-term growth campaigns.
 • Performance Ownership:  deliver partner growth goals (PD60 and other KPIs) across offers and customer segments.
 • Marketing Program Development: Build scalable GTM programs leveraging Prime Video content, seasonal tentpoles (Prime Day, major launches), and partner marketing channels.
 • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with BD on marketing commitments, Finance on goal setting, and Tech/Product on tools that drive efficiency (e.g., Kochava, Rocketium).
 • Reporting & Insights: Track and report on campaign results, identify root causes, and recommend performance optimizations. Maintain account and campaign accuracy in Lift-analyzer and other tracking systems.
 • Leadership Projects: Lead or co-own regional or global initiatives related to marketing automation, data reporting, or process optimization.
 • Stakeholder Management: Represent Fuse in partner quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and leadership updates; prepare materials and performance summaries for executive review.
Basic Qualifications
– 7+ years of digital sales, account management, business development, or partner management experience
– Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives
– Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
– Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
– Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
– Experience using analytical, marketing, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce or other CRM tools, Microsoft OneNote and Microsoft SharePoint
– Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
– Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
