We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Intern Project Support Analyst to join our team. The Intern Project Support Analyst will play a critical role in assisting with various aspects of project management, including documentation, testing support, and requirement gathering. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and supportive environment.

- Assist project managers and team members in creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Provide support for testing activities, including creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts, conducting tests, and documenting test results.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing project requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks.
- Assist in identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Support project managers in tracking project progress, monitoring milestones, and identifying deviations from the project plan.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management team, including process optimization and tool enhancements.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project-related materials
Skills for Success:
- Degree studies in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages would be advantageous.
