Make an Impact by:
Engineering and support
• Planning the roadmap for operating system and provide technical advice for Operations and Product.
• Drive the Method of procedure along with POC for any new change or new implementation for system infrastructure.
• Problem Manage for Operations team in investigating and resolving system/customer related incidents.
• Hardware life cycle planning and budgeting.
• Drive and plan the development of the system infrastructure.
Tender and Projects
• Leading in preparation of tender specifications and evaluation or supporting tender.
• Engaging in commercial and technical negotiation with vendors.
• Performs technical and financial feasibility study on new emerging technologies or potential new services.
• Gathers and evaluates the requirements from the various functional entities and formulates the technical specifications and solution.
• Identify resources needed and working with individual responsibilities to execute the project plan.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including manages project budget (CAPEX), conducts periodic project reviews, monitors receivables.
Security Compliances
• Assess and apply new patches to address vulnerabilities affecting system infrastructure.
• Evaluate and ensure that all finding from monthly VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Test) are remediate on time.
• Keep up to date with security announcements from all platforms and patch if applicable.
• Carry out bi-annual configuration review of all platforms.
• Effectively applies methodology, enforces project standards and minimizes exposure and risk on project.
• Maintaining system documentation.
• Supports all audits (interna;/external) by providing evidence if required.
• Support in BCM (Business Continuity Management) certification and participate in BCP (Business Continuity Plan) exercises.
Skills for Success:
- Possess degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Has experience in Tender and Projects work.
