As a Talent Acquisition Associate / Manager (Early Careers), you will play a pivotal role in building NCS’s talent pipeline by attracting, hiring, and engaging early career professionals through NCS Early Talent programmes.

 

Reporting to the Early Careers Lead, you will partner closely with closely with career managers, HR business partners and business leaders to plan and execute hiring strategies that identify and engage high-potential early careers talent—positioning NCS as an employer of choice in the tech industry.

 

What will you do?

 

Early Careers Hiring:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for early careers talent, from sourcing and screening to candidate engagement and offer management.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of early careers talent through proactive engagement, strategic sourcing, and strong partnerships.
  • Analyse recruitment data to provide actionable insights that improve hiring outcomes, enhance candidate quality, and reduce time-to-hire.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership:

  • Build strong relations with key stakeholders including career managers, HR business partners and global resource managers and partner with them to align hiring plans.

 

Campus Engagement:

  • Support the Early Careers Lead in executing large-scale early talent hiring campaigns, including campus recruitment and engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the organisation at career fairs, networking events and industry talks to enhance NCS brand visibility and connect with top early careers talent.

 

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to early careers or campus hiring.
  • HR Experience in IT industry has an added advantage.
  • Strong project management skills with experience organising recruitment and outreach events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about connecting with students and fresh graduates across diverse engagement channels.
  • A growth mindset and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of talent.
