As part of this vibrant team, you will collaborate closely with the NewLaw leadership on a diverse range of exciting client projects. You will also have the chance to join a talented team with varied experiences, grow into a leader, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future vision of PwC Singapore’s NewLaw practice.

In NewLaw, we are seeking a Consultant to help legal departments optimise their functions, reduce costs, and provide greater value. The role involves working with high-profile clients and using innovative tools to transform legal processes. 

We are looking for candidates to join our Associate intake in July 2026.

How will you value-add?

  • Assist clients in areas such as operating strategy, process optimisation, spend analysis, legal contracts transformation, and digital transformation.

  • Help clients evaluate and implement legal technology solutions and oversee PwC SG NewLaw managed services

  • Gather business requirements, analyse functional requirements, implement processes and systems, and provide project management support.

  • Manage client expectations through proactive communication and engagement.

  • Conduct market research and interviews for clients including but not limited to legal tech landscape review, legal opportunity analysis, and market opportunity research.

  • Assist in generation of reports, presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and any documents necessary for client deliverables or RFQs.  

 

About you:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s/Juris Doctorate from a recognised university from a related field, including but not limited to: business management, finance, law, information systems.

  • Experience with process mapping, contract life cycle management, and digital transformation is a bonus.

 

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft office suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) is a must.

  • Knowledge of legal tech tools and GenAI tools is a bonus.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.

  • Familiarity in working in an agile environment.
