As part of this vibrant team, you will collaborate closely with the NewLaw leadership on a diverse range of exciting client projects. You will also have the chance to join a talented team with varied experiences, grow into a leader, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future vision of PwC Singapore’s NewLaw practice.
How will you value-add?

Work with clients in areas such as legal operating model reinvention, legal process optimisation, legal spend analysis, legal contracts transformation, and digital transformation.

Help clients evaluate and implement legal technology solutions and oversee PwC Singapore NewLaw’s managed services.

Lead business requirements discovery, analyse functional requirements, implement processes and systems, and provide project management support.

Manage client expectations through proactive communication and engagement.

Conduct market research and interviews for clients including but not limited to legal technology landscape review, legal market analysis, and conduct focus group discussions.

Assist in generation of reports, presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and any documents necessary for client deliverables or RFPs.
About you:
Education and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s / Juris Doctorate from a recognised university from a related field, including but not limited to: law, legal operations, business management, accounting, economics, information systems.

Approximately 3 – 5 years of related work experience.
-
Experience with process mapping, contract life cycle management, and digital transformation is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
-
Utilise Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Power Query) to create and manage contracts.

Design and develop custom applications and workflows to streamline contract lifecycles.

Analyse and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

Worked with any Contract Lifecyle Management system from commercially off-the-shelf solution is an added advantage.

Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is a must.
