Make an Impact by
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive end-to-end sales engagements for network (SD-WAN, fibre, 5G), cloud (Azure, AWS, hybrid), cybersecurity (endpoint, SSE, SOC/MSSP) and SaaS (Microsoft 365, collaboration, CRM) solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities within assigned accounts, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with Singtel’s product offerings.
- Execute solution bundling and cross-sell campaigns to improve customer retention.
2. Customer Engagement
- Manage key customers and nurture long-term relationships through consultative engagement.
- Understand customer pain points and business objectives to recommend appropriate ICT transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Singtel product teams and ecosystem partners (Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft, Trend Micro, etc.) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support renewal, upsell, and cross-sell activities.
3. Solution & Technical Enablement
- Maintain deep understanding of Singtel’s ICT offerings and competitive landscape.
- Work with presales engineers and solution architects to design network, cloud, and cybersecurity architectures.
- Provide post-sales support coordination to ensure smooth service delivery and adoption.
- Stay current with emerging technologies such as AI-driven networking, SASE, agentic AI laptops, FinOps, and sustainability tech.
4. Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting via CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Prepare account plans, win strategies, and periodic business reviews.
- Provide market feedback and insights to guide product roadmap and pricing strategy
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–8 years of ICT sales experience, preferably in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven track record in managing mid-market accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ICT ecosystems (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, Trend Micro, etc.) and subscription-based service models (SaaS, XaaS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with presales, delivery, and partner teams.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s SME digital transformation landscape and government schemes is an advantage
