To excel in this role, you’ll need to be proactive, responsive, and solutions-focused. You’ll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities to add value, and provide timely and effective solutions. You’ll also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products.
What you do
1. Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing exceptional service and support
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and resolve client issues
4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
5. Provide timely and effective solutions to client queries and issues
Who you are
– A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics
– At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in transaction banking
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
– Proactive, responsive, and solutions-focused, with a customer-centric approach
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
