What you do
1) Division representative and functional specialist for Operational Risk Matters – Operational Risk SME contact for GLC with key stakeholders such as Group Operational Risk Management, Risk & Prevention stakeholders, Sustainability and Strategic Planning Office.
2) Represent GLC in Cross-Divisional working group, taskforce and forum such as Sustainability Working Group, CSR Forum, Operational Risk Working Group, etc.
3) Maintenance of Division-Level Framework, Policies and Procedures.
4) Coordination and facilitation, for the Division:
a) Senior Management Reporting
b) New Director Orientation
c) Performance Management
d) Workforce Learning and Development; Staff Excellence Award
e) Keynotes for Meetings with External Agencies
a) Email & Web content alerts
b) Business Continuity Management;
c) 3rd Party Risk, Outsourcing
d) Reporting of Interested Parties Transactions & Related Parties Transactions
e) Operational Risk /Internal Control Assessments
6) Performance of Division/Department initiatives/task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Who you are
- Degree holder with more than 8 years of experience in related area – functional/business management and/or internal control & operational risk exposure with Financial Institutions.
Highly organised, ability to manage priorities well, can adapt quickly to changing demands and embrace ambiguity, acute attention to details; exhibit high EQ. - Personable with strong communication and engagement skills.
- Meticulous/Detail-oriented.
- Strong team player.
