What you do
- Partner with leaders to develop HR strategies supporting business objectives.
- Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Lead talent reviews and build succession plans for key roles.
- Guide managers through performance management and development processes.
- Promote employee engagement and analyse feedback to drive improvements.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies and employment regulations.
- Use data to track HR metrics and inform strategic decisions.

Who you are
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Possess 5-8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Show a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Are passionate about employee development and creating a positive work environment.
