Description
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design:
Ø Experience in design user-centered interfaces that improve usability and accessibility for platform modernisation project or other digital Payment rails project, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Ø Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.
Ø Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Payment Innovation:
Ø Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement emerging payment rails and digital payment solutions.
Ø Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payment technologies and user experience design.
Ø Evaluate and recommend new payment technologies that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Operational Readiness & Change Management:
Ø Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of new payment systems and processes.
Ø Work closely with project managers to ensure operational readiness for large-scale projects, including training and support for end-users.
Ø Monitor and assess the impact of changes on user experience and operational processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Ø Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
Ø Present design concepts and modernization strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
Ø Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and gather input from diverse teams.
- Performance Monitoring:
Ø Monitor and analyze the performance of modernized platforms post-launch, gathering user feedback for ongoing enhancements.
Ø Utilize analytics tools to track user engagement and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in platform modernization, UI/UX design, operational transformation, or payment innovation related to new product development. - Proven experience in operational readiness and change management for large scale projects/initiatives
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma). Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
