The Liquidity Management Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and enhancement of regional liquidity management products and services within Global Transaction Banking division. This role requires a deep understanding of liquidity management solutions, market trends, and client needs. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of the Bank’s corporate clients.
This role will present a fulfilling opportunity for an individual who loves challenges and has the deep desire to learn and succeed. The candidate will have exposure to internal stakeholders in Singapore and in overseas branches, clients as well as senior management across the Bank.
What you do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for liquidity management solutions, aligned with the Bank’s overall transaction banking objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, market demands, and competitive positioning. Support sales teams in client pitches, RFP responses, and product-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, technology, and risk management teams, to define product requirements and prioritize development initiatives.
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing liquidity management products, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to liquidity management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote liquidity management products and drive client adoption.
- Create compelling product collateral, including presentations, product guides, and sales materials, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Qualifications
Who you are
- University graduate from a reputable university with at least 5 years of working experience preferably in transaction banking or cash management domain.
- Good understanding of liquidity management products, including cash pooling, cash concentration, notional pooling, and interest optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to liquidity management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Independent, self-driven and highly motivated individual.
