What you do
- Advising Group Operations & Technology and other divisions on legal issues, such as vendor engagement, negotiation, contracts and management, disputes and termination.
- Advising Group Risk Management on legal issues such as negotiation, dispute management of outsourcing service agreements and termination
- Advising Group HR on all employment law issues, such as hiring, disciplinary issues, employment policies, and termination
- Advising Account Services on legal issues, such as compliance with various court orders including enforcement orders, injunctions, bankruptcy orders, etc.
- Co-ordinating and advising on industry-wide projects and initiatives, including fintech projects
- Advising on a range of other legal issues, and instructing external counsel where appropriate

Qualifications
Who you are
- Qualified lawyer with at least 9 years PQE, with good and practical dispute resolution background.
- Contract/ corporate/commercial law, with an interest in IP and technology issues.
- Confident in dealing with and managing multiple stakeholders and negotiating with external parties.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidate must be able to work independently and with other functional specialists in completing projects.
- Agile mindset and experience in change management will be viewed positively.
