Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Wealth Management Analysts/Associates as part of our 2026 Wealth Management Programme. We are hiring for our Singapore and Hong Kong offices.

Our 2-year Wealth Management Analyst/Associate Programme is a highly sought-after opportunity to accelerate your career in private banking. Through structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll gain deep insights into the dynamic world of wealth management. Learn from experienced professionals, master the latest financial solutions, and develop the skills to build trusted, long-term client relationships.  

As part of the programme, you will:

•    Collaborate with senior bankers to design personalised wealth management solutions for high-net-worth clients

•    Expand your network across the bank and the industry

•    Develop into a confident, client-focused professional

Choose your path to success 

Junior Relationship Manager (Available in Singapore and Hong Kong)

You will build trusted relationships with clients and support in the provision of bespoke advice on investment products and services. You are expected to be involved in new business developments and capitalise on business opportunities.  

Highly driven candidates who are eager to form genuine connections with clients and enjoy keeping up-to-date on new product offerings and market trends are encouraged to choose this track.

Investment Advisor (Available in Singapore only)

You will formulate investment strategies and work with relationship managers (RMs) in managing client portfolios. You will also partner with RMs on client meetings to articulate investment ideas and concepts, create investment proposals and conduct portfolio reviews. 

Candidates with a future-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of team interdependencies are encouraged to choose this track.

Qualifications

•    A Bachelor’s Degree or higher. 

•    Highly motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

•    Entrepreneurial qualities, positive attitude and trustworthiness.

•    Passion in investing, financial markets and client advisory.

•    Able to start full-time work on 01 July 2026.

•    For Junior Relationship Manager Track: 2-5 years of work experience preferred

•    For Investment Advisor Track: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
