The Rewards and Well-being team is part of the larger Group People & Sustainability department, dedicated to enhancing employee health and well-being through various programs, initiatives, and events. We are seeking a motivated intern to help us review, plan and engage our workforce for holistic well-being
Internship Objectives
As a Well-being & Benefits Intern, you will:
· Contribute to well-being program assessments by supporting reviews of organisational well-being and employee benefits programs, highlighting strengths, gaps, and opportunities for both Singapore and Group-wide impact.
· Engage with diverse audiences and gain insights into our core Well-Being pillars—Mental, Physical, Inclusion & Belonging, Financial, Growth, and Purpose—to help support employees and teams.
· Learn communication strategies to increase participation and adoption of well-being practices across the organisation.
· Develop collaboration and teamwork skills by working with colleagues from multiple departments, building connections for a healthier work environment
Key Responsibilities
Make a meaningful impact by:
- Assisting with program reviews, including collecting and analysing data on existing well-being initiatives to evaluate coverage, accessibility, and alignment with organisational goals.
- Reviewing feedback collected from employee surveys and summarising key themes and opportunities for improvement.
- Conducting research and benchmarking best practices in employee well-being, benefits, and engagement, and suggesting relevant interventions to improve our programs.
- Preparing recommendations and executive summaries to present findings and proposed solutions, focusing on both ‘hard’ (benefits, policies, programs) and ‘soft’ (engagement, communication) interventions.
- Supporting communications and stakeholder engagement efforts by working with internal teams to create clear messages that keep employees informed about available support and new initiatives
Skills for Success
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Be pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse people effectively.
- Be curious, proactive, and resourceful, taking initiative to learn and contribute independently while balancing responsibilities within a team.
- Display adaptability and problem-solving skills when faced with new information or challenges.
- Show good organisational awareness and attention to detail.
