Personal & Premier Banking Onshore
Description
The candidate will be responsible for the business development activities for the Workplace Banking department. Workplace Banking provides Consumer Financial Services to the staff of our corporate customers.
- Cross-sell client value proposition to acquire new-to-bank customers.
- Promote take up of 360 accounts and/or other Personal Banking / Premier Banking products such as CASA, cards, personal loans, secured loans.
- Engage corporate customers to run events (eg Lunch Talks, Staff Bazaar) at their workplace.
- Curate engagement journey for the prospect companies. Organizing the events, preparing marketing collaterals, and managing the logistics.
- Manage the relationship with the corporate customer. Encourage ongoing and recurring business engagement and opportunities.
- Know each corporate customer and work on effective Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) to encourage sign ups.
- Manage the relationship with the various channels at OCBC Bank Global Commercial Banking and get warm referrals to their corporate customers.
- Manage the relationship with the Branch Banking network to help build ecosystems via our Community Banking initiative.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma required.
- Good business development acumen.
- Prior relevant experience in Workplace Banking or B2B sales is preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate banking is an added advantage.
- Good effective communication skills, analytical and logical thinking.
