Be on the forefront of market intelligence and candidate sourcing, and an integral pillar of Talent Acquisition Advisory function.
What you do
Be a key member of the talent acquisition sourcing function.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Advisory team and business hiring managers to research and profile the talents for the bank.
Provide regular and market intelligence to the HR community and business.
Partner Talent Acquisition Advisory team utilising best practice sourcing methods, using appropriate technologies / tools.
