What you do

  • Participate in sales training sessions alongside new hires and experienced Relationship Managers.
  • Join customer visits to gain firsthand insights into our business operations and client interactions.
  • Review existing reports and processes, identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement.
  • Conduct market research, including evaluating loan broker engagements and gathering client feedback.
  • Support our sustainability efforts by identifying cross-sell opportunities for sustainable finance solutions.
  • Prepare monthly reports with key insights and observations, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in regular feedback sessions and present your findings to the team.

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
